A Look Back at our Spanish Wine Tasting Dinner

Let us share how we got everyone beaming with smiles by the end of the night.

We hosted three top-notch Spanish wineries to spend time with our patrons to enjoy a night of wine tasting, curated small plate tasting, and general frivolity.

Our team puts its best foot forward for these special events, and we thought we might give you a glimpse into what makes these special nights a great time for all.

A Peak Into the Selections for the Evening.

Spotless Preparation by Stela, Lisa, Chris, and the Whole Team.

The Quiet Before the Party Commences.

Jose Canto sharing the intriguing story behind the Arantei brand.

Here’s a look at some of the pairings that our guests were able to enjoy.

Cava, Juve Y Camps, Reserva De La Familia Gran Reserve Paired with a Cava Mignonette Oyster Shooter.

Albarino, Finca De Arantei, Rias Baixas Paired with a Poached Prawn with a Lemon Buerre Blanc.

Tempranillo, Roble Del Convento, Ribera Del Duero Paired with a Flank Steak with Goat Cheese and Roasted Peppers.

Crianza, Convento San Francisco, Ribera Del Duero, Spain Paired with a Smoked Dry-Aged Sirloin with Whiskey Peppercorn Sauce.

Brut Rose, Juve Y Camps, Cava Paired with Artisanal Cheeses with Candied Walnuts.

And a special thank you to the three gentlemen whose expertise, care, and willingness to share with our patrons, made this night special.
