The reception for our Thanksgiving catering, this year, even more than years past has been amazing, we are so grateful.
So, we are going to offer a similar menu for this Christmas’ catering, helping make the end of this year better is our absolute pleasure.
Our signature Smoked Ham comes with 3 complementing sides. Mustard sauce is also included to help give the smoky flavors of the ham a little kick.
We will be accepting online or phone-in order until December 18.
Orders can be ready for pickup starting on December 24 from 12-6pm.
Quantities are limited so please reserve at your earliest convenience.

Our Prime Rib Dinner makes for a great alternative to turkey or a compliment for larger gatherings.
If you are new to American Prime, and are curious, we invite you to drop by and sample the Prime Rib. When you visit us, just mention you saw the Christmas ad and wanted to see what the Prime smoked experience is all about, and our servers will offer off-menu pricing for the Prime Rib.
Our boneless lamb leg comes with the standard 3 sides as well as a rosemary sauce to give it that savory touch.
Our sides leverage the same philosophy that we leverage in our standard menu, flavor first. Our vegetables and fruits are farm-fresh so they provide that clean contrast to the rich smoky flavors of our proteins and savory sides.

Additional sides may be ordered a la carte.
Our signature 8lb smoked prime comes with Au Jus plus the standard 3 sides to round out the meal.
