Our Private Dining team is able to configure and implement three different sized rooms based on your needs. AMERICAN PRIME is an independent modern American Restaurant specializing in Smoked Prime Rib, Dry Aged Steaks and Artisan Charcuterie. We are more than just a steakhouse, AMERICAN PRIME is an extraordinary dining destination. Our menu features classic dishes crafted with a modern sensibility and an appreciation for ingredients.

Ideal for parties of up to 14 seated, and 15 reception style, the Corona can be configured to provide a warm intimate space for private conversations and festive moments alike.

When hosting an event for up to 45 seated or 65 reception style, the Churchill Room offers the added amenity of a private bar to keep spirits aplenty and high.

When the two spaces are combined, seating for 65 or reception spacing for 80 is ready. The beauty of combining the two rooms is that it allows you to create separate experiences for each space.

No party is too large for us to comfortably accommodate. Renting out the whole dining area is the ultimate way to host your guests and create an experience that is tailored to your wish from start to finish. We can get extremely creative on how to utilize the full space of the restaurant to make the event decidedly yours.
